Baked Winter Squash

Ingredients
- 1 butternut squash
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut squash in half and remove seeds. Place in baking dish, cut side down. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Remove from oven. Scoop out the squash and place in bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mash together until smooth. Serve hot and enjoy!
