Broccoli Rabe Sauté with Carrots

Ingredients
- 4 cups bok choy stems and greens
- 2 cups broccoli rabe greens, diagonal cut, 1/4-1/2 inch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon tamari
- 1/2 cup carrots, matchsticked
Instructions
Wash vegetables. Cut all ingredients as above. Heat medium sized skillet. Add oil, then garlic, then carrots and cook for 1 minute. Add bok choy stems and broccoli rabe greens and sauté for 2 minutes. (If necessary, add small amount of water to prevent scorching). Add tamari and cook 1 minute more.
