Chicken in Red Wine with Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 chicken chopped into individual portions
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups red wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup Demi Olive Oil
- Flour
- Potatoes, chopped for frying
Instructions
Flour both sides of the chicken and saute in a large sauce-pan until browned. Pour over the wine and once the heat has subsided, add the onion, garlic, bay leaf and two cups of water. Cover the pan and leave on low heat for around an hour. Serve with fried potatoes.
