Fruit Kebab

Ingredients
- 1/4 watermelon, cut into chunks
- 3 peaches, cut into chunks
- apples, cut into chunks
- Any other seasonal fruit
- 4 tablespoons orange juice
- 4 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 8 wooden skewers
Instructions
Thread chunks of fruit alternately onto each skewer. Place in a shallow airtight container; drizzle juice over kebabs, and sprinkle with mint. Cover and chill.
