Garlic Scape Pesto

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
- 1/4 pound scapes, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup freshly grated aged asiago cheese or other sharp Italian cheese.
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- A handful of blander green, such as spinach.
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the food processor and chop until smooth.
