Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 2 pints Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half through stem end
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large sauté pan heat oil over medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts and red pepper flakes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sauté until Brussels sprouts begin to caramelize. Add garlic and give it a toss.
Place pan into oven and roast until tender, about 20 minutes.
Transfer to a platter and serve.
