Ingredients
- 12 ounces of spiral pasta
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 small head of broccoli-divided into florets or kale-chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1 small head of radicchio, shredded
- basil torn
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
