Pear Crisp

Ingredients
- 4 cups pears, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fruit juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons butter or non-dairy replacement
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine the pears, juice, sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. Place into a lightly greased 8" pan or deep pan pie. Combine the oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; cut the butter into the mixture until the mixture is uniformly crumbly. Sprinkle the topping over the pear mixture. Bake for 45 minutes.
