Pear Parfait

Ingredients
- 2 large pears, ripe but not soft
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Slice pears thinly. Place sugar, water, and cinnamon stick into pot. Stir to mix. Bring to a boil. Add pears and let simmer until pears are soft, no more than 5 minutes. Strain, reserving syrup.
Whisk together yogurt and honey.
In four glasses, layer pears with yogurt. Drizzle with reserved syrup and top with a dash of cinnamon.
