Tomato Chutney Polenta Appetizer

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tubes polenta
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 jar Royal Tomato Chutney
Instructions
Slice polenta to create disks of desired width. Using non-stick pan, add two tablespoons of the olive oil and warm over medium heat. Sauté 3-4 polenta disks at a time until slightly browned. Repeat until all of the disks browned, adding olive oil as needed. Cool disks on a tray. On each disk, spread 1 teaspoon of Royal Tomato Chutney and sprinkle generously with cheddar cheese. Broil disks until cheese bubbles. Serve and enjoy!
