Best of Summer Blueberry Granola Crisp

Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray or vegetable oil
- 4 cups fresh blueberries, or your favorite berries (2 cups lightly mashed and 2 cups whole)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour (if using frozen berries)
- 1 1/2 cups oats and honey granola (or your family’s favorite flavor of granola)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375o.Place all the berries except for the 2 tablespoons whole berries in a lightly greased 8 inch square glass baking dish. Lightly mix in the flour if using frozen berries and the sugar.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the granola over the top. Bake for 15-20 minutes longer or until light golden brown.
Serve warm. Delicious served with frozen yogurt, or a spoonful of crème fraiche. Add your reserved berries to garnish. Enjoy!How do you #eatdowntoearth?
