Fresh Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh spinach, washed
- Olive oil
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Remove any thick stalks from spinach leaves.
Par boil spinach for 10 seconds. Drain spinach and run cold water over it, drain again.
Coat sauté pan with olive oil and heat on medium-hot.
Add minced garlic to the pan and cook until browned, approx. 30 seconds.
Add spinach to the pan and sauté by constantly stirring. When spinach has wilted add salt and pepper to taste.
