Peach and Berry Yogurt Parfait with Chutney Syrup & Nut Crumbs

Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches
- 1 cup ripe blackberries, raspberries, strawberries,
- 1 pint plain or vanilla-flavored yogurt
- 1/4 cup sweet chutney**
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup toasted and crushed nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, pecans, peanuts, and/ or cashews
Instructions
Rinse, pit, and slice the peaches. (Peeling is optional). Rinse the berries.
Mix the chutney with the honey until you have a syrupy consistency.
Into the bottom of 6 to 8 small clear glasses or jars, spoon ¼ cup of the yogurt. Add to each glass a good amount of peach slices and a few berries. Drizzle a tablespoon of the chutney syrup over the fruit, then sprinkle on ½ tablespoon of the nut crumbs. Spoon ¼ cup of yogurt into each glass,
then top with remaining fruit. Drizzle with chutney syrup and sprinkle remaining nut crumbs over all. Serve immediately, or chill in refrigerator for up to four hours. If chilling, wait to sprinkle remaining nuts until just before serving.
