- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound lean ground beef

In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients.
Add ground beef and mix well.
Divide into four ¾ inch thick patties.
Grill uncovered over medium-hot heat to desired doneness.Serve on toasted buns with desired toppings
