Free Yoga Class in Chase Park with Pause to be Present
The class will be led by Tara Sussman who is a trained Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor at Pause to be Present. Tara’s Vinyasa style yoga classes are a unique combination of invigorating sequencing, breath work, inspirational messaging, great music, and calming energy. With a focus on connecting movement and breath, this powerful workout is beneficial for relieving the stress and anxiety of everyday life and will leave you feeling a sense of inner peace and overall well-being.
All participants should bring a yoga mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
