Amoura Cocktail

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Mahia liquor
- 2 ounces Legs Diamond Rye Whiskey
- 6 lemon wedges
- 1 ounce symple syrup
- ginger ale
Instructions
Divide the lemon wedges and simple syrup evenly between two tall collins glasses. Muddle (gently mash) the lemons until the juice has been released and the rinds are slightly bruised. Fill each glass with ice and then pour in the Mahia and rye whiskey. Use a long spoon to mix thoroughly then top each glass with ginger ale.
