Apples with Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup nut or soy milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Drizzle of agave nectar
- 1 apple
- Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg
- Water as needed
Instructions
Combine the oats, milk, chia seeds and agave in a mason jar, stir and seal.
Set in the fridge overnight. Slice the apples into cubes. Gently sauté on low heat Add cinnamon and nutmeg, stir to combine. Add water to keep moist and prevent burning. Continue to cook until soft and sticky.
Top the overnight oats with apples the next day for a great grab and go breakfast!
