Ingredients
- 5 ounces Mysto Mead Rye Soaked Oak
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pinch garam masala spice blend (to taste)
- 1 drop fire water bitters
- 2 drops orange bitters
- 1 star anise "flower"
- 1 lemon twist
Instructions
Add the mead, honey and lemon juice to a mug and add just enough hot water to dilute. Add a pinch of Garam Masala to taste and stir.
Microwave for 15-20 seconds until warm. Transfer to a nice rocks glass and garnish with a star anise flower and a lemon twist.
