Pan Seared Sea Trout

Ingredients
- 4 sea trout fillets
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- Fresh pepper to taste
- 1 lime or lemon, quartered
Instructions
Sauté spinach in pan, set aside and keep warm. Heat oil in pan. Place fish in pan skin side down. When fish is about 2/3 cooked through season with garam masala and turn to finish cooking. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve over a bed of spinach. Squeeze lime or lemon over top.
