Pickled Radishes

Ingredients
- 3 cups distilled white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 bunch dill
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cayenne pepper
- 2 cups hot water
- 3 bunches of radishes
- 2 one-quart glass jars
Instructions
Combine vinegar, salt, sugar, and spices in a bowl. Pour hot water over mixture until sugar is dissolved. Allow mixture to cool. Place dill, onion, and garlic in jars. Pack sliced radishes into jars on top. Add vinegar mixture.
