Spring Green Salad with Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 small head red leaf lettuce
- 1 small head green leaf lettuce
- 1 small bunch spinach, stems removed
- 5 radishes, sliced thin
- 1/4 bunch cilantro leaves
- 1/4 bunch chives, chopped, with blossoms
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wisk together vinegar, honey, lime juice & cilantro. Wisk in olive oil adding it in a drizzle.
Mix vinaigrette with salad greens before serving.
