Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Steak or Pork Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 2 pound Boneless Pork Loin
Instructions
1) Dissolve steak seasoning in balsamic vinegar, then slowly pour and wisk in olive oil. Place pork into a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over top. Squeeze out air and seal bag; marinate a minimum of 2 hours to overnight.
2) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
3) Place pork and marinade into a glass baking dish. Bake for 1 hour basting occasionally until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
