Broccoli Rabe Bruschetta a la Mary

Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 1 bunch broccoli rabe, ends trimmed and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 stalk green garlic, chopped (or garlic clove)
- 6 ounces Moonlight Chaource (or other soft cheese)
- 1/3 cup Migliorelli's Bloody Mary Mix
- lemon juice, salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in covered sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add broccoli rabe and green garlic and toss to coat with oil. Lower heat to medium low , cover and cook until stem of rabe can be easily pierced with a knife (5-6 minutes). Remove from heat and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Slice baguette and spread cheese on each slice, top with rabe mix and then about a tablespoon of Bloody Mary mix.
