Classic Potato with Farmers Cheese Pierogi, served with Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- Stefan\'s Pure Blends Classic Potato with Farmers Cheese Pierogi
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- baby or chopped spinach
Instructions
Melt butter in a sauté pan, over medium to high heat. Add chopped onion to melted butter in pan and cook until golden brown. Lower heat to medium low, add pierogi to pan. Heat pierogi approximately 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
In a separate pan, sauté some chopped garlic (2-3 cloves) in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. When garlic is lightly brown, fill whole pan with (baby spinach or chopped spinach, if leaves are larger). Sauté until spinach wilts.
Place spinach on serving plate and lay pierogi on top of spinach. For added flavor, sprinkle some good quality parmesan cheese over spinach when serving.
