Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon oregono (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Chill for one hour. Stire and Serve. Enjoy!
