Grilled Summer Fish

Ingredients
- 1 pound firm white fish (such as cod, tilapia, snapper, catfish, ling, mahi mahi)
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or equivalent)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
Place fish in a shallow bowl or on a plate. Drizzle oil and soy sauce onto fish. Turn fish to coat. Sprinkle with garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Let sit 10 minutes. Grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until done, depending on thickness of fish.
