Pear, Mixed Greens and Walnut Salad

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Mixed greens
- 1 Ripe pear, sliced
- 1 cup Walnuts, toasted and crushed
- 1/4 cup Italian Parsley, coarsely chopped
- Salt
- 1/2 cup Walnut oil
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Instructions
Chop greens and lay on platter. Place sliced pear, walnuts, and parsley on top of greens. Lightly season with salt. Blend walnut oil and lemon juice and toss salad with it. Serve immediatly.
