Strawberry Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 2 pints strawberries, stems removed
- Butter lettuce leaves
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruit pieces (select from cantaloupe, blueberries, sliced peaches or pears, and green grapes)
- eight 1 ounce slices of skinless, fresh-roasted turkey breast
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
- Dressing:
- 2/3 cup nonfat or light sour cream
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 2 - 3 hot-sweet mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
For dressing: In a small bowl whisk sour cream, vinegar, onions and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
For salad: line four dinner plates with lettuce. top with fruits, turkey and sprouts, dividing equally. Serve with dressing on the side.
