Summer Peach and Fresh Goat Cheese Crostini

Ingredients
- 1 crusty baguette
- 7-8 ounces creamy goat cheese
- 2-3 peaches
- Fresh herbs, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Cut peaches into 1/4 inch slices and grill until the sugars begin to caramelize and the grill marks are clearly visible. Alternatively, if you are not using a grill you can simply broil the peaches until the edges are slightly browned.
Slice the baguette into half-inch pieces and spread goat cheese over each slice.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs, if desired.
Top with the freshly grilled peaches and serve.
