Baked With Love by Abigail started as an online bake-to-order bakery started by Abigail Friedman, a life-long Westchester resident. While still making custom cakes and special orders, she has added a wide array of pastry, from babka and palmiers to biscotti and cinnamon rolls, for farmers market shoppers. After graduating from The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) with a degree in Pastry & Baking Arts, Abigail decided to start her own business in order to make available creative, high quality baked goods to all residents of southern Westchester and the surrounding areas. Her motto is to 'create products that look good, and taste even better.'
