Cooper's Daughter Spirits are a woman-owned and family operated distillery, cooperage, and apple orchard sourcing Hudson Valley ingredients to make seasonal batch spirits. Local grain, fruit, botanicals and tree syrups form the foundation for the distillery’s unique spirits and liqueurs, while barrels that are handmade onsite are used to age their bourbon and whiskey.
