Flours Pasta & Bakeshop is the brainchild of Sofia Todisco and Abigail Friedman. Both creative chefs and entrepreneurs in their own right, they have teamed up to bring the community their farmer’s market famous products (fresh pasta, babka, biscotti, etc).
Sofia and Abigail are committed to creating a business which represents their values. Their hope is that Flours will not only be successful, but also a force of good for the community. Their goals include introducing the community, especially children, to wholesome, local grains; making well-balanced, real food easy to prepare at home in minutes; and elevating fellow local small businesses, especially women and minority-owned.
