Gaelle was born and raised in France and was always passionate about French food, particularly the pastries. She arrived in the U.S. seven years ago as an Aupair but missed the flavors of home and returned to her first love, baking. People were so impressed with her cakes and macarons that she decided to go back to French pastry school. After a year of study in France, she passed the test and graduated from pastry school.
Now she is back in the U.S., making traditional pastry recipes like you can find them in France. She does not adjust the recipes to be more American so her customers can share in the true French experience. For the farmers market, Gaelle focuses on macarons, crepes and cookies but is also an accomplished pie and cake baker.
