Greens in a Basket

Greens in a Basket is an urban farm growing microgreens in small vertical spaces. They currently utilize a garage in their backyard to grow greens. They have 4 NSF shelves of microgreens which yield a minimum of 64 pounds of greens per week. Their plants are grown in reusable plastic planting trays or food-grade proofing bins, natural growing pads or organic soil. No chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used in their growing process and they only use filtered water.
