Gristmill Distillers

Gristmill is a New York State Farm distillery based in Keene, NY that makes Corn Whiskey, Bourbon, American Whiskey (made from rye), Maple Whiskey, and Apple Brandy. All are made in New York with New York corn and apples. The corn (used in both the corn whiskey and bourbon) comes from Adirondack organic grains in Essex, NY and the apples for the brandy come from Rulfs Orchard in Puru, NY. The distillery sends its spent grains (corn sludge) a by product of distilling, to Blue Pepper Farm in Jay, NY as feed to support their livestock.
