Jack’s dad makes the best hummus.
Years ago, he was in the midst of making homemade hummus when he noticed the ingredient tahini was missing from his kitchen. A resourceful man, rather than toss the unfinished recipe the idea came to try another ingredient available - miso, the ancient fermented seasoning.
To say miso hummus became an instant family hit would be an understatement; the miso created the most savory, tangy, and mouth-watering hummus anyone had tasted. His three children requested it whenever they were home. The eldest Jack always joked it was good enough to share the secret and sell, and now here we are!
100% real ingredients. No vegetable oils such as sunflower or safflower, no gums such as guar and acacia, and absolutely no preservatives.
