Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery uses Adirondack Mountain water from their own property as the basis for a range of fun and flavorful spirits made and bottled in small batches in a renovated horse barn. Located five miles from Lake George, New York in a quiet pastoral setting, Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery is located on 200 acres of land with fantastic views of French Mountain of French and Indian War fame.
Springbrook Hollow has been a source of water for centuries and the original wooden pipelines that delivered the precious water to local farmers are on display in the distillery’s tasting room. The distillery credits that clean, unprocessed water with the unique character of their spirits.
Two Sisters Vodka is made from wheat and mountain water and passed through a charcoal filter to polish the flavor and aroma. Sly Fox Gin highlights the flavor of juniper berries and botanicals. Adirondack High Rye Bourbon is made from local corn, rye, and malted barley and aged in heavy char oak barrels to offer the perfectly balanced combination of bold and sweet. Adirondack Blended Straight Bourbon is a smooth, full-bodied whiskey that is an artful combination of the distillery’s own straight bourbon with the distillery’s library of bourbons of different ages and mash bills. Cowboy Coffee features Madagascar vanilla beans and cold brew coffee from beans roasted in Saratoga Springs, Two Sisters Limoncello and Orangecello are made with just the fruit zest for smoothness and intensity, Apple Moonshine is a spiked apple cider with a hint of cinnamon, and Maple Moonshine turns everyone’s favorite breakfast syrup (sourced from an Adirondack maple farm) into a sweet sipping liqueur.
