Wave Hill Breads is a family-owned business that has been operating since 2005. Currently run by master baker Tim Topi and his wife, Angela, they are located in Norwalk, Connecticut where their micro-bakery produces artisan breads, sliced breads, croissants and much more.
All of the bakery’s products are hand-made using traditional European baking techniques such as 24-72 hour fermentations, stone-grinding organic grains on-site and using local, fresh ingredients. Their goal is to bring the quality and artistry of European baking to every family's table, whether it's in the loaves of their traditional Miche or through their sweet treats like monkey bread.
Wave Hill Breads was recognized as one of the best bakeries in America by Food and Wine in May 2020, and has won Best Bread in Connecticut in 2013, 2014, 2018, and 2019.
