Feta and Lemon Dip

Ingredients
- 7 ounces Feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon rind, additional for garnish
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove mined
- 6 tablespoons Demi Olive Oil
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
Pleace feta, lemon rind, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, garlic and Demi Olive Oil in a food processor and pulse until combined but slightly chuncky. If too salty, add more lemon juice.
Spoon into a serving bowl, drizzle with a little Demi Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and lemon rind.
Serve and enjoy!
