Julie's Beth El Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
- 1 medium Bunch of Brocoli - Chopped
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Siids
- 1/2 cup Organic Raisins
- 3 Scallions
- 1 cup Organic Mayonaise (or vegan alternative)
- 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Sugar
Instructions
Wash and chop broccoli into small pieces.
Prepare dressing: combine mayonnaise, sugar and red wine vinegar, and whisk to combine. Add Raisins, scallions and sunflower seeds, and stir.
Pour dressing over broccoli. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
