Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 medium pear, cubed
- 1/2 cantaloupe, cubed
- 1 cup red or purple grapes
- 1/2 cup prunes, diced
- 1/3 cup walnuts toasted
- Yogurt Dressing:
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom or nutmeg
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine strawberries, pear, cantaloupe, grapes, prunes, and walnuts. Just before serving, add dressing to fruit and toss well.
