Raw Kale Salad

Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon local raw honey
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Instructions
Devein kale and cut up in bite sized pieces. Wash and dry well. In a large bowl, whisk together evoo, vinegar, lemon juice, zest & honey. Add in kale and massage well with dressing until well coated. Refrigerate.
