Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt, pepper and cilantro to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve and enjoy!
