The Doc's Pickle Dip

Ingredients
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1/3 cup dill pickle, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Using a stand or hand mixer, mix cream cheese until soft. Add pickle juice a little at a time to reach desired consistency. Remember the dip will be thicker once refrigerated.
Stir in chopped pickle and fresh dill. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper or red pepper flakes.
Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving with chips, vegetable crudite or baguette slices.
